Darkest dungeon necromancer map10/5/2023 Some heroes are inherently more accurate than others though. Also luminous gives +5 dodge AND +2 speed, so I'd probably lock a lesser speed quirk I wouldn't bother with just dodge alone.Īccuracy is nice as you nearly always want some by endgame, as enemy dodge goes up faster than your skills. That also allows you to evaluate quirks - +2 speed is a whole trinket worth, +5 dodge isn't that impressive when a camouflage cloak gives +15 (although dodge gets better the more you have). Best case, that allows you to replace a trinket with something else. I find the trick is to look at 'what do I always want to trinket this character with?' and then try and follow that. I got eldrich slayer locked in on an occultist I think. (Champion Weald has more human I believe than any other and if not it is still useful because a lot of the really nasty ones like Hateful Virago and the Giants are human type.) Man Slayer can be semi-worth it for a generalist you aren't planning on taking to the final dungeons (although there are humans there), because while there is no dungeon type that is overwhelmingly human, bandits and the like do show up everywhere. Unholy Slayer really isn't because they're the least prevalent type, unless you really do plan on just using a hero (like a Crusader for instance) purely for Ruins grinds. Prismatic Precision would be but lucky you if you get it, it already is locked by default. Hot to Trot is for the full combo of massive first round fun. Higher ones relevant to your main skills are.Įldritch/Beast Slayer are definitely worth it. Deadly really isn't worth bothering at only 2%. Originally posted by Skinny Pete:Depends.
